9. My film is not yet finished, can I submit a rough cut?
We do accept rough cuts however the ttff programming team will watch your film only once, they will not watch multiple edits of the same film. We strongly advise that it is in your best interest to submit the most complete version of your film as this is what the programmers will base their decision (on whether or not to accept your film) on.
Rough cuts need to be submitted no later than the extended deadline 28 APRIL 2023. Please state that it is a rough cut and make a note of any pending post-production in your submission, and ideally as a title card at the beginning of your screener. And also state your expected completion date and final run time. Should your film be selected, you will have an opportunity to submit a final exhibition copy.
