Sandeera Lewis is an aspiring filmmaker, photographer and musician who yearns to create imaginative and innovative art that impacts the world in a myriad of ways. She is currently an undergraduate student at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, pursuing a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a Major in Film Production, Minor in Film Studies and Minor in Music. Over the past five years, Ms Lewis has immersed herself in the film culture of Trinidad and Tobago by taking on various freelance camera operating and photography projects and volunteering at film events, such as the Africa Film Trinidad and Tobago’s 10th annual film festival (2024). She has experience in directing, editing, producing, writing, cinematography, camera operating and sound design for several short films and projects. These include, but are not limited to, The Lost Soul of Calypso (2023), #BALANCE (2024), CRASHERS (2025), and Call of the Tide (2025).
