Shawt Shorts was created to bring Jamaican creatives together to produce an anthology of short stories that are wholly related to the Jamaican experience as a means to practice their craft and promote the local film industry.In this Pilot, Monique finally decided to go out with her friend, Abigail, after her last relationship mishap left her in the dumps, forcing her to dive into her career. Abigail takes her friend to a party in hopes that she can finally let loose and let go. To Monique’s surprise, she hits it off with one of the patrons, Trevor, who charms his way into her life with a combination of his words, looks, and generally fun attitude. After deciding to want to get to know Trevor more, Monique discovers that he may not be exactly what she had hoped for.
