Cuban filmmaker whose debut feature, “La mujer salvaje,” premiered at TIFF and won awards in Cuba, Spain, Argentina, Brazil, Peru, Costa Rica, Panama, Belgium, Morocco, and Italy. His short films have been screened at festivals such as Rotterdam, Zinebi, and LSFF, as well as in various exhibitions.
