Are you a Caribbean filmmaker with a work-in-progress? The Trinidad+Tobago Film Festival (TTFF) invites you to take a bold step in the creative process by hosting a private Rough Cut Screening during TTFF/25, which takes place 24–30 September, 2025.
These exclusive screenings offer a rare opportunity to test your unfinished film with a real audience – giving you the chance to receive constructive, honest feedback while you still have time to make meaningful changes before picture lock.
Why host a Rough Cut Screening?
Rough Cut Screenings are a powerful tool for filmmakers looking to refine their stories. Feedback can help identify plot holes, pacing issues, unclear character motivations, or scenes that simply aren’t working. It’s also a great way to hear what is resonating with your audience.
Screenings will be held in the intimate 15-seat Gemstone cinema at One Woodbrook Place in Woodbrook, Port of Spain. As the filmmaker, you’ll curate your own audience – inviting peers, mentors, and even festival guests or industry reps. After the screening, you’ll have up to 30 minutes for a structured feedback session with your viewers.
What’s included
-
A dedicated screening slot during TTFF/25

Up to 30 minutes of post-screening audience feedback
