The trinidad+tobago film festival (ttff), in association with RBC/RBTT, is holding a competition for concepts to create a series of short promotional films for the ttff/10.

The competition is open to persons 28 years of age and younger. The concepts should be for either a 30-second or 60-second film, and must be based on the ttff’s theme, “You’re in Focus”.
Concepts should be clear and simple, yet imaginative. There should be no dialogue or voice-over narration, nor is any musical score required. Concepts should not be such that they would require more than one day to produce.
Concepts will be accepted in the form storyboards or written scripts. Persons may enter as many concepts as they wish.
Winners will receive a cash prize of TT$3,000 each. Prizes will be presented at the awards ceremony for the ttff/10, which takes place on October 3 at the Carlton Savannah.
The ttff will produce the winning concepts. The writers of the winning concepts will be invited to participate in the production of their concepts.
The subsequent films will be screened at the various MovieTowne multiplexes, on FLOW, on Gayelle the Channel, and throughout the country at select venues.
