The September/October issue of Caribbean Beat magazine, the stellar inflight magazine of Caribbean Airlines and one of the Festival’s media partners, is out now—and full of ttff-related content. Alongside a special on this year’s Festival, the issue contains a profile of Jamaican filmmaker Chris Browne, writer and director of the boxing drama Ghett’a Life (pictured above), a ttff/11 selection; a story on the West Indies cricket documentary Fire in Babylon, another ttff/11 selection; and a review of the Trinidad & Tobago documentary ’70: Remembering a Revolution, about the 1970 Black Power uprising, which is also showing at the Festival.
