The Inner View

Joshua Anthony is a well-educated, ambitious young man. He is a model citizen who lives in a marginalised community. Despite his qualifications, he fails to gain employment because of the stigma attached to the community he lives in. At yet another job interview, he faces a personal test – to maintain his principles or deviate from it in order to secure employment.

Eric Barry

An actor, director, writer and producer, Barry writes for stage, screen, radio and online. In 2000, he launched Tête-À-Tête Théâtre, a theatre production company that he co-founded and has been the writer of the shows staged by the company. His work has earned him seven Cacique Awards. He was the regional winner (Caribbean) of the BBC International Radio Playwriting Competition 2020, and in 2021 he placed 2nd in the Prime Minister’s Playwriting Competition (full length). ‘The inner view’ is his third short film.
