When Dhuckia grows up, she wants to be a boat-maker like her Dad. But when he finds out that she is showing the early symptoms of Leprosy, he must make a terrible choice.

Luke Morgan’s most recent film, “The Butterfly Love Song”, played at more than 40 film festivals worldwide (including New York Irish Screen America, Belfast and Japan) and picked up awards: Best Film (OFFline 2020), Best Director (Worcester, 2021) and Best International Short (Garden Route South Africa, 2020). He was nominated for the Discovery Award at the Dublin International Film Festival in 2020 and won the Pitching Award at Galway Film Fleadh in 2015. He is also a published poet. He lives in Galway, Ireland.
