The coronavirus pandemic surprises the world. Film students are isolated on a farm in the interior of Cuba because of the virus. ‘My Name Is Nostalgia’ invites us into the experience of quarantine, from the farewells and sadness of an interrupted dream.

Ana Graziela Aguiar has worked as a journalist at TV Brasil for over thirteen years. She holds a postgraduate degree in audiovisual production from the Estácio de Sá University and also in Human Rights and Ethnic-Social issues from the Unyleya University. She holds a master’s degree in documentary filmmaking from Escuela Internacional de Cine y Televisión, EICTV, in Cuba.
