Renaldo”Red” Frederick uses film and theatre as an avenue to reach out to and inspire people. He studied Film at the UWI, St. Augustine campus, and has directed and produced a number of short films, which includes Tighten Yuh Belt and This Connect, which is also being screened at this year’s ttff.
Hailing from St. Mary in Jamaica, Michaela Spencer studied Film at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine campus. She served in the ttff’s first youth jury in 2014. Her documentary Down and Out was an official selection at the ttff/15. Michaela’s goal is to write and direct a Caribbean television series.
