Twelve-year-old Sebastián’s father has just left. He has supposedly gone to work in Santo Domingo, but everyone knows Sebastián’s parents have split up. In a fit of pique, Sebastián helps a local criminal break into his mother’s restaurant. However, the thief makes off with more than agreed, including an old piano, an heirloom of his father’s.
