Dubois

A young woman from London attempting to recover from the grief of the death of her husband visits family in Trinidad and Tobago. There she finds herself strangely drawn to a mentally ill homeless man she sees wandering the streets, and he to her. A metaphysical, spiritual journey follows.

Kaz Ové studied at the University of the Arts London: LCC where he received a BA honours degree in Film and Video. He then worked as a director’s assistant on various music promos, working with Hype Williams, Spike Lee and acclaimed promo director Jake Nava. Dubois (2014) is his second short narrative film; his first was the acclaimed Cold Dead Hands (2006).
