Through artists\, dancers\, and communities\,‘Hit me with music’ reveals the culture\, contradictions\, and resilience shaping a genre born from struggle\, creativity\, and enduring ambition. \n10 for 20 is a celebratory screening series marking our 20th anniversary at the Trinidad+Tobago Film Festival. Throughout the year\, we will present ten special screenings – one per month – revisiting audience-favourite films from across two decades of TTFF. Presented in partnership with culturally significant venues\, including the historic Little Carib Theatre\, the series reflects the filmmakers\, stories\, and cinematic moments that have shaped our festival. Together\, these screenings invite audiences to rediscover remarkable Caribbean films and celebrate twenty years of cinema with us.

As a track she records goes viral\, Olivia is invited to participate in “The Greatest Show on Earth” (the biggest soca competition in the country). SUMMARY:Crossroads: Kanaval
DESCRIPTION:In the mid-1970s\, Rico\, a 9-year-old Haitian boy\, was brutally taken from his native land along with Erzulie\, his mother\, to a strange planet called Canada. Since their arrival\, a distance seems to have grown between mother and son. To regain the love of his mother\, Rico will have to understand this New World populated by individuals with strange habits and customs. Fortunately for him\, he can count on Kana\, his imaginary friend who comes straight out of Haitian mythology. \n🎟️ Tickets available here
